01 The brief
Nordic Motors is a regional car dealership whose existing site reads like a printed brochure. We rebuilt the storefront as a real sales tool — live inventory, financing math, and trade-in capture — to test whether a small dealership could run a digital surface that competes with the OEMs.
02 The approach
01
Inventory as the home page
Most dealership sites bury stock under three navigation clicks. The rebuild promotes the inventory grid above the fold with filters for body, fuel, year, and price — so the visitor's first action matches their actual intent.
02
Financing tools that compute, not just describe
Each model page hosts a payment calculator wired to DNB, Mymoney, and Santander rate cards. The buyer sees a real monthly figure before clicking 'inquire', which changes the lead quality entirely.
03
Trade-ins as a structured form, not an email
The trade-in flow walks through make, model, mileage, condition, and registration — capturing the data a sales engineer needs in the first call and skipping the back-and-forth email.
04
Customer reviews + newsletter as quiet trust
Reviews surface on every model page, not just the home page. The newsletter captures buyers who are 6+ months out — the segment dealerships consistently lose to OEM mailing lists.
