  • Contact form submissions: name, email address, company name, website URL, and the contents of your message.
  • Project & billing details: if you sign up for a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your billing name, email, postal address, and payment card details. Nuvora never stores your full card number on our own servers.
  • Email correspondence: messages you send to us at our @nuvoraweb.com email addresses.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage & device data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, and timestamps.
  • Advertising & conversion data: via Google Ads and the Google global site tag (gtag.js), including click IDs, conversion events, and pseudonymous identifiers used to measure ad performance.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide quotes or proposals.
  • Deliver, maintain, and support the websites and services you purchase from us.
  • Process payments and subscriptions through Stripe, and send related invoices, receipts, and account notifications.
  • Measure the effectiveness of our advertising (including Google Ads), understand which campaigns and pages drive results, and improve our marketing.
  • Analyze and improve the performance, security, and usability of the Site.
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect our rights, property, and users.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the following categories of recipients:

  • Service providers who help us run our business, including:
    • Stripe— payment processing and subscription management.
    • Notion— storage of contact-form leads and client project data.
    • Google(Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google's advertising and measurement products) — advertising, conversion tracking, and analytics.
    • Vercel— the hosting and infrastructure provider that powers our Site, including request logs and edge-network telemetry.
    • Other hosting & email providers that power our client websites and email infrastructure.
  • Legal & safety: when required to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Nuvora, our clients, or the public.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and local storage) to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and serve relevant advertising.

We use the following categories of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary— required for core Site functionality (e.g., page navigation, secure checkout).
  • Analytics— help us understand how visitors interact with the Site so we can improve it.
  • Advertising— set by Google Ads and related services to measure ad performance, attribute conversions, and (in some regions) personalize ads. These may be set when you click a Google ad that brings you to our Site.

Contact-form inquiries that do not result in a project are typically deleted within 24 months.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information — including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Data Transfers

Our service providers (including Stripe, Google, Notion, and Vercel) may process information in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your information when it is transferred internationally.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email us at info@nuvoraweb.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA):you have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. To exercise your rights, contact us at the email above.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site or communicated by email where appropriate.
