We take the information and goals from your brief and start building straight away. Within a few days you get an early demo of your new site — enough to feel the direction. You pick the direction you want to go in and confirm we're heading the right way before we go any further.

Once you've approved the direction in Step 02, we lock things in before any heavy build happens. You sign the contract and activate your subscription; in return, scope and pricing are fixed and we commit our full focus to your build. Short, clear, and out of the way before the real work starts.

This is where the real work happens — turning the approved demo into the finished site with every page designed, every integration wired up, and every piece of content in place. You'll have a live staging URL from day one and written progress notes on a tight cadence so you always know where things are.

Before we launch, we run a full audit on the site — performance, SEO, accessibility, and best practices — and fix anything that comes up. Then we go through it end to end by hand: every form, every link, on every device. Nothing goes live until it scores well, feels right, and works everywhere.

We push the site live, monitor it for the first 48 hours, and stay on hand for 30 days of intensive post-launch support — bug fixes, copy tweaks, analytics setup. After that, your subscription keeps the site hosted, secure, and looked after by us for as long as you stay with us.
