What is Nuvora?
Nuvora is a web design and development studio that builds and maintains custom websites on a subscription. Instead of a large upfront agency fee, you pay a flat monthly Growth plan that covers design, development, hosting, and support.
What does NuvoraWeb do?
NuvoraWeb designs, builds, launches, hosts, and maintains custom websites for businesses. Work is done in-house with custom code. The studio also writes industry-focused guides on its blog and shows live and concept work in its portfolio.
How much does a Nuvora website cost?
The Growth plan is €500 per month, or €4,500 per year (pay for 9 months, get 12). There is no separate upfront build fee for the included custom website work under Growth.
Is there an upfront fee?
No. Growth has no upfront build fee. On monthly billing, your first payment activates the plan and work begins. On yearly billing with a free trial, nothing is charged at checkout until the trial ends unless you cancel first.
What's included in the Growth plan?
Growth includes a professional custom website with modern design and animations, advanced integrations such as booking or e-commerce when needed, unlimited content changes, hosting, and priority support with faster response times.
How does the free trial work?
Yearly Growth (€4,500/yr) includes a 40-day free trial. Nothing is charged today. Stripe bills the full yearly amount when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. You can cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.
Why subscription instead of paying upfront?
Traditional agencies often charge large lump sums before work begins. Nuvora bundles design, development, hosting, and support into a flat monthly or yearly Growth subscription billed through Stripe, so cash flow is predictable and there is no separate upfront build invoice for the included scope.
How does the subscription work?
You subscribe through Stripe. Monthly plans bill in advance each month and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Yearly plans bill once per year under your signed agreement (pay for 9 months, get 12). Signing the package agreement and completing checkout starts the relationship.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Month-to-month Growth plans can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. During a yearly free trial you can cancel anytime before the trial ends at no cost. See the refund policy on nuvoraweb.com/refund for charge and consumer-rights details.
Do I own the code?
While you are subscribed, Nuvora hosts and maintains the site under your plan. After 12 continuous months on an active subscription, you may request a one-time buyout for full code ownership, quoted separately.
Is this just an AI template?
No. Every site is custom-built code, reviewed and finished by the studio — not a template or drag-and-drop page builder. AI tooling may speed up repetitive parts of design and development; judgment, QA, and the client relationship remain human.
What technology does Nuvora use?
Nuvora ships custom code only — no WordPress, Webflow, or page builders for client sites. Most marketing sites use Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind, often hosted on Vercel, with Framer Motion or GSAP for animation when needed. Backend APIs and integrations use whatever fits the project. Headless CMS options such as Sanity or Payload can be added when clients need to edit content without code.
Who builds the site — is work outsourced?
No. Design, copy, and code are done by the in-house studio team. There are no offshore hand-offs or template resellers. The same people who design the site build and maintain it.
How does the process work?
The process is: (1) Subscribe, (2) Design & Build, (3) Launch, (4) Host & Maintain, (5) Ongoing Support. After checkout, the team reaches out within 24 hours to kick off brand direction and goals, then designs, develops, and launches the site under the Growth plan.
How fast do you reply?
Nuvora aims to reply within 24 hours on business contact. Priority support on Growth has faster response times for subscribers.
What if I already have a website?
Nuvora will review what you have and say honestly whether it is worth keeping, iterating, or rebuilding. Either path can sit under the Growth subscription for design, development, hosting, and support.
Do you redesign existing sites?
Yes. Redesigns and rebuilds are a core part of the work. The portfolio includes live client rebuilds and concept redesigns; labels in the portfolio mark what is client work versus studio concepts.
Do you work with small businesses and local services?
Yes. Nuvora builds sites for restaurants, trades, charities, e-commerce, booking businesses, and other local and service brands — not only tech startups. The blog covers industry-specific website guidance for many of those verticals.
Do you build e-commerce or booking sites?
Yes, within Growth when the scope fits — including advanced integrations such as booking flows or e-commerce. Larger or highly custom product platforms may need a scoped conversation before subscribe.
Is hosting included?
Yes. Hosting is included in the Growth subscription for as long as you remain subscribed. The studio handles deployment and upkeep so you are not managing servers yourself.
Are content updates included?
Yes. Growth includes unlimited content changes under the plan, with priority support for subscribers.
Do you offer branding?
Light brand work — wordmark refinement, voice and tone, a basic visual system — is included when needed for the website. Full identity systems, extensive brand guidelines, or print collateral sit outside standard Growth scope; Nuvora can recommend a brand-first partner and then build the web experience.
What if I need to change scope mid-project?
Your monthly fee covers what is included in Growth. Small changes roll into the subscription. Larger structural additions may need a quick re-scope together — without surprise mid-month invoices for work that was never agreed.
You're a small studio. What if someone is unavailable?
Projects have a primary lead and a backup familiar with the file. The backup has context and access so work can continue if a lead is sick, on holiday, or blocked. You are told who is who at kickoff.
Can I pay once and own the website?
Yes. Besides Growth (subscription with hosting and support), Nuvora takes one-time / custom projects: a scoped build with full code ownership and no subscription hosting or ongoing support. Those are quoted per project — use Request a custom quote on the pricing section or contact the studio.
How do I request a custom or one-time project?
Go to the pricing section on https://nuvoraweb.com/#pricing and choose Request a custom quote, or contact info@nuvoraweb.com / the homepage form. Describe what you need; Nuvora will reply with a quote. Growth remains the default for ongoing hosting and support.
How do I get started?
Subscribe to Growth from the pricing section on https://nuvoraweb.com/#pricing, or contact the studio via the form on the homepage, email info@nuvoraweb.com, or WhatsApp. After signup or a message, Nuvora follows up within 24 hours.
How do I contact Nuvora?
Email info@nuvoraweb.com, use WhatsApp via the links on nuvoraweb.com, or submit the contact form on the homepage. Social profiles: X @NuvoraWeb and LinkedIn company/nuvoraweb.
Where can I see example work?
The portfolio at https://nuvoraweb.com/portfolio lists projects by industry. Each piece is labelled as client work, a studio concept, or a speculative redesign so it is clear what is live client shipping versus demonstration craft.
Does Nuvora use AI in its process?
Yes, as a productivity tool for repetitive design and engineering tasks. Final design decisions, code review, quality assurance, and client communication are handled by the human studio team. Sites are not AI-generated template dumps.
What regions do you serve?
Nuvora works with clients internationally online. Communication is primarily in English. Billing is in euros through Stripe. Legal entity references and policies are published at nuvoraweb.com/privacy, /terms, and /refund.
Is SEO included?
Technical foundations for SEO — performance-minded custom builds, sensible structure, and hosting — are part of how sites are shipped. Ongoing content SEO strategy and link building are not automatic add-ons; discuss needs at kickoff if organic growth is a primary goal.
Can Nuvora connect Stripe, forms, or other tools?
Yes. Growth covers advanced integrations such as payments, forms, booking, newsletters, and similar product plumbing when they fit the plan. Exact tools are chosen per project.
What happens after I subscribe?
Nuvora reaches out within 24 hours to kick things off, then works with you on brand direction and website goals, then designs, develops, and launches the site. After launch, hosting, maintenance, and ongoing support continue under the subscription.
What happens after I send a contact message?
You should receive a reply within 24 hours. If the fit is clear, next steps may be a short call or a path to subscribe to Growth. You can also reach the team anytime at info@nuvoraweb.com or on WhatsApp.
